Urban States explores the city as a space of perception, memory and inner experience.

These paintings are not about specific places or architectural landmarks. They are about atmosphere — the silence of streets, the rhythm of structures, the distance between light and shadow.

Through layered color, architectural forms and emotional space, Oleg Ryzhkov creates urban landscapes suspended between reality and memory.
