Urban States

Urban States explores the city as a space of perception, memory and inner experience.
These paintings are not depictions of specific places or architectural landmarks, but explorations of atmosphere — the silence of streets, the rhythm of structures, and the interplay of light and shadow.
Through color, simplified architectural forms and spatial relationships, Oleg Ryzhkov transforms the city into an inner landscape shaped by observation, mood and time.
